Orders are processed directly by the respective independent sellers upon secure payment verification. Standard dispatch windows vary by product classification:

  • Standard Commercial Products: 1–3 Business Days
  • Artisan & Made-to-Order Items: 3–7 Business Days
  • Customized or Personalized Commissions: Timelines are explicitly specified on the individual product display page.

2. Transit & Delivery Schedules

Estimated logistical delivery windows across Pan-India routes are mapped as follows:

  • Tier 1 / Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Regional Centers: 5–10 Business Days
  • Remote / Northeast & Island Regions: 7–15 Business Days

Please Note: Final delivery timelines are indicative and subject to operational logistics parameters, regional weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen domestic carrier disruptions.

3. Logistical Costs & Consignment Routing

  • Shipping Tariffs: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on product mass, parcel dimensional weight, customer delivery zone, and specific vendor shipping matrices.
  • Consignment Segmentation (Partial Shipments): If an order comprises items belonging to multiple distinct sellers, products will be dispatched from different inventory locations independently. Consequently, shipments may arrive in separate packages at varying intervals.
  • Transit Tracking: Automated tracking payloads are systematically pushed via email, SMS, and WhatsApp (where provisioned) immediately upon carrier scan. Customers can also audit live tracking updates via their Account Dashboard.

4. Unforeseen Delays

While Aasriva coordinates closely with premier 3PL aggregators, delays originating from carrier operations, regulatory border checkpoints, local government restrictions, or customer unavailability are structurally outside our immediate operational control.

Refund Policy

AASRIVA TRANSACTION REFUND POLICY

All financial liquidations, reversals, and payment disputes handled on the Aasriva platform are processed strictly under the compliance timelines listed below.

1. Approved Refund Mechanisms

Financial refunds are triggered and processed exclusively under the following verified conditions:

  • Formal approval of a valid, evidence-backed return request.
  • Direct validation and inventory receipt acceptance of a fault by the respective merchant seller.
  • Conclusive resolution of a transaction dispute via the Aasriva escalation desk.

2. Settlement Timelines & Bank Processing

  • Refund Execution Window: Approved refunds are processed systematically within 5–10 Business Days.
  • Credit Realization: The actual reflection of funds depends entirely on your banking institution, payment aggregator settlement cycles, or native credit card network clearing windows.

3. Method of Liquidation

  • Original Source: Reversals are automatically routed to the original method of payment (Net Banking, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Wallet) used during the checkout journey.
  • Alternative Settlements: In instances where source routing is compromised, direct bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS) will be arranged following mandatory account verification checks.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND ESCALATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation Protocols

  • Prior to Consignment Dispatch: Customers retain the right to cancel an order directly from their dashboard before it has been marked as shipped by the seller. Valid cancellations inside this window qualify for an immediate, full capital refund.
  • Post-Dispatch: Once a product is transitioned to a courier carrier, the order cannot be intercepted or canceled. Customers must process it as a standardized return following arrival, subject to item category eligibility.
  • Merchant / Platform Cancellations: Sellers or Aasriva management reserve the right to cancel specific items prior to transit due to verified stock absolute depletion, manufacturing quality control failures, catalog pricing errors, or force majeure events. Affected customers will immediately receive an automated 100% refund.

2. Product Return Criteria & Validation

Returns are strictly evaluated and accepted only under the following explicit criteria:

  • Received item possesses a structural manufacturing defect.
  • Consignment arrived physically broken or damaged due to courier transit.
  • Shipped product differs fundamentally from the ordered variant (Wrong size, wrong color, incorrect item).
  • The package has missing components or is an incomplete bundle.

3. Return Window & Evidence Obligations

  • Reporting Window: All claims must be formally initiated within 48 Hours of delivery confirmation.
  • Evidentiary Proof: To validate claims safely, customers must furnish clear photographic documentation of the defect and a continuous, unedited package unboxing video.

4. Categorical Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and customization parameters, the following categories are strictly final sale:

  • Perishables & Food Items: Sweets, snacks, spices, condiments, and short-shelf-life goods.
  • Wellness & Personal Care: Opened cosmetics, personal health items, and intimate care products.
  • Tailored Commissions: Items custom-made, personalized, engraved, or modified to bespoke user specifications.

5. Platform Jurisdiction & Corporate Identity

Aasriva marketplace operations are legally structured, governed, and managed under the corporate framework of BUDDHICINTAKA PVT LTD and OSDUO TECH LLP.

While transactional facilitation, dispute oversight, and payment distribution are governed by Aasriva, structural item craftsmanship, liability for performance, and material merchantability remain the legal responsibility of the verified independent vendor. Aasriva reserves the right of final arbitration in all platform merchant disputes.
